Too expensive I had to have the Turbocharger actuator replaced on my 2014 Ram with 70,000 miles on it. My invoice said the part was $3144.75 so the total repair was I had to have the Turbocharger actuator replaced on my 2014 Ram with 70,000 miles on it. My invoice said the part was $3144.75 so the total repair was $3513.75. When I got home I looked the part number (68445522AA up and from Chrysler the cost is $2100.15 Every time the service department called me they just tried to get me to agree to flushing the power steering unit and change oil in all my units. I finely got irritated and told them no. (I have those services done at a much less expensive place here in town. I had two other issues with this truck recently 1. Fuel filler tube at a cost of $650 when I looked the part up online at Chrysler it was $565 so I didn't think the labor was that bad. 2. The antenna quit working so price quoted was $1200 to replace it again right from Chrysler the cost for the part was $14.95!! No I did not have it replaced by Lithia Now that my truck is three months out of warr I won't be taking it there again. More

Attention to details missing I brought my truck in for 3 recalls. Lithia also did some regular maintenance checking. One was my air filter needed replacing. When I came to replace I brought my truck in for 3 recalls. Lithia also did some regular maintenance checking. One was my air filter needed replacing. When I came to replace it this weekend Lithia had not re-seated the air filter cover and put the 4 clasps back on after checking it. This is the second time they checked stuff and did not replaced it correctly. Last time it was the brake fluid cap! If you are going to do things to my vehicle that I did not bring it in for, you MUST return it to its pre-checked state of how I brought it in. This is not acceptable, and quite frankly fills me with concern regarding whether what I actually brought it in for was done properly and professionally. Attention to details folks! This is safety at risk! More
