Drove 1 hour & WORTH it!!! This was my first time having my 2015 diesel jeep grand cherokee serviced at Lithia of Eugene. I do have a dealer much closer to my home however they This was my first time having my 2015 diesel jeep grand cherokee serviced at Lithia of Eugene. I do have a dealer much closer to my home however they have done subpar work. So I drove an hour up to give Lithia of Eugene a try. At first I was a little concerned that I could not make an appointment for my oil change since I would have my 2 small children with me. However, they gave me a great estimated time of day that would be less busy & I came in at that time window! I received a nice & quick greeting from an employee who was finishing up something on his computer. Shortly after that I was called down to Daryl's desk where he immediately pulled out 2 children activity packets for my kids!!! I came prepared but was VERY happy to see that they had these items for us! Daryl made the check in process very quick and easy! It was only about 45min to an hour & my jeep was finished. I also spoke with Matthew Metzler who let me know/checked in with me to see if I'd had my fuel filters replaced at any time with my prior oil changes. I was grateful that he checked on this because it was never even brought up to me at my local dealership. Over all I received excellent and complete service! I would highly recommend this service department and plan to make this my regular dealership for all of my service needs!!! More

Signing all the documents with Mr. Pratt went very well too...I also love how you receive a flash drive with copies instead of reams of paper!!! We’ve had a Dodge Caravan for 15 years, changed up to a Honda CRV, and went back to a Dodge Caravan that fits our lifestyle much better!!! Now there are 2 Caravans in our driveway!!!
