I purchased 4 vehicles and before thos last on was happy. The customer service with this one was terrible. I purchased the vehicle before it had been detailed, when i picked it up it was still dirty(seats The customer service with this one was terrible. I have been doing business with Lithia for years and even though it is not a Toyota dealership Tim and staff run circles around their competitors. Tim the service advisor is awesome. Always has been. However, I spent $1000.00 to fix an issue that had happened before and sadly it did not fix it this time around. I had that truck for 12 years.
