Garbage service dept. I bought my truck from here and get it serviced where I buy. Always done that. They told me even though their service dept is open, they can't help me with diagnostics on the weekend. I it serviced where I buy. Always done that. They told me even though their service dept is open, they can't help me with diagnostics on the weekend. I told the guy its my only day off, you're open, help me out, and they declined to help. I called Chrysler and they made them make me an appointment to help. They completely blew me off when I brought the truck in. They were supposed to be listening for noise in the cab, but had my AC at max, and some country station on with the volume at 30. Maxed out. Absolutely ridiculous. I went ahead and filed a formal complaint with Chrysler. Will never come back here for anything. More
