I was able to get an appointment set up quickly. I was helped right away when I got there. They got me a ride to and from work. Took my Jeep in for maintenance and paid more that $350. That was not the issue though. With paying that much, you would think that Lithia would perform a complimentary 16-point check on my vehicle. When asked if they did one after the maintenance, they said yes and it was fine. When I asked about the paperwork showing that, they said I'd have to speak with the tech, who had left for the day. I asked them to leave him a message. He called me the next day stating they forgot to do it. Well, as a "valued customer", I guess I can forget about Lithia and take my Jeep elsewhere. I wouldn't even have to pay as much next time. More
