We drove from Baltimore Maryland to get an excellent deal on a new “executive driven” Lexus GX 460. We were not sure about what “executive driven” meant, but everything worked out in the end, and we bought on a new “executive driven” Lexus GX 460. I had been shopping for a new car for about a week. I had shopped online and test driven several vehicles before visiting Lindsay Lexus. He made the entire process very comfortable and easy from our initial meeting until I drove off the lot in my new RX450h (which I love). He answered all my questions and even showed me his personal car to explain why I might a silver Lexus versus the black color of my last three cars. I think the fact that I bought a silver Lexus speaks to how much I trusted his opinion and going the extra mile to show my the truth of his words. I would recommend him to anyone, although I think I could have gotten two dozen golf xxxxx instead of one if I negotiated harder. So for my price I have to knock it down to a 4 instead of a 5, but if he gets this and sends me another dozen xxxxx I would switch it to a 5. Congratulations to him for getting a long time (15+ year) Ford and Mercedes owner to drive a Lexus. Greg McDonald More
Never had such a bad customer service experience before, after a so called service , i had to go around look for my car and after look for my car keys and after wait for the papers. later found out there is after a so called service , i had to go around look for my car and after look for my car keys and after wait for the papers. later found out there is a problem with printer, if they had a better communications skills and made me aware of any problem they were having, none of those would happen. Unfortunately this service place needs customer service improvement, communication with customers is essential to any service place. And finally, at the end i was told by GM that i should go to another dealer!!!! More
The rating is such based upon my experience with the new card sales division and the service department. The New Car Sales division is without parallel. Of the dozen or so cars I’ve purchased over the last 35 years, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. From the start, Frank Love made certain that I was the focus of his attention—answering al years, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. In fact, Frank is the first new car salesperson that I would recommend to a friend. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Once I had made my final decision on color and features, we were able to work out a deal within minutes. This was truly a no-hassle experience. Frank even offered to deliver the car to my home. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the dealership. When the question of the DC sales tax exemption for hybrids came up, the management team worked with me to get an answer within minutes. When I found a small discrepancy in the final paperwork prepared by the finance department, they resolved it without question. I only have one suggestion. I have all but given up drinking sodas. It would be nice if they could have some cold tea in the cooler. The Lindsay's should be proud to use their family’s name for the dealership. More
I want to extend my gratitude for the impeccable customer service I receive from Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. In particular, Ms. Sherry Lewis and Mr. Dave “Ski” Fajerski have far exceeded my expectations of service I receive from Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. In particular, Ms. Sherry Lewis and Mr. Dave “Ski” Fajerski have far exceeded my expectations of superior class service. I am a medical device consultant. It is my job to ensure I arrive on time for surgeries where I am expected at various hospitals on the East Coast. Therefore, it is imperative that I have a reliable vehicle. I have over 150,000 miles on my GS300 Lexus. As with any vehicle, I have regular maintenance as well as the need for replacement parts. Since I work across several cities and states, I have a list of many places where I can choose to have my vehicle serviced. While I have tried out several of them, I choose each time to use Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria, primarily due to the two employees I mentioned. Sherry and Ski are extremely conscientious and knowledgeable not only from a technical aspect but from a customer service perspective. They work very well together as a team in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle. They are prompt in responding to calls and are always available when needed. I can count on Sherry for her positive and upbeat demeanor no matter how busy she is. There is never a time when I feel I am consuming her time. She has the patience of a Saint! Sherry understands my needs and anticipates them when my car is being serviced. She has a loaner vehicle readily available for me so that I can make it to the hospitals for surgeries. Ski is extremely intelligent with vehicle mechanics and operation. He has pre-determined the issue and/or needed part just by speaking with me over the phone. This is important to me because I then have a good idea of how long I will be without my vehicle. He then follows up with the appropriate diagnostics for a final resolution. There is no mechanical issue that he has been unable to resolve. When I pick up my vehicle, Ski will talk to me face-to-face. I wholeheartedly trust and rely upon these two individuals. I have owned several Lexus vehicles over the years. And, I will continue to own a Lexus vehicle not only for the reliability and performance but in large part due to the customer service I receive after the purchase. I always speak highly about your superior customer service and mechanics’ departments to other medical device representatives as well as physicians. I have actually encouraged them to take their vehicles to Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria assuring them that they will not be disappointed. Please extend my appreciation to these employees. You must be truly honored to have individuals of this caliber working at your dealership. More

Cgaig Novtsky was also very fast , very efficient and a pleasure to work with. He is the reason for trying out the windshield add-on. I will let you know how that goes down the road. Ed Reilly was also excellent explaining the details of how the remote engine starter worked and the windshield add-on should be taken care of. There was one other service guy ,” Shaved head “ a couple of desks over from Ed who took care of me when I came in, I lost his card this morning or I would have used his name , but he also did a great job making sure I was taken care of until Ed came in. If I were not satisfied I would be writing this from the other viewpoint. But I am really impressed with what I have seen so far. Thanks for the great service so far. More
