He also made the car buying process SPEEDY (no more than 3 1/2 hours, most car deals take ALL DAY) and not to mention Lindsay Lexus provided a SPECTACULAR price for the car I purchased. I told Alex what I was 'hoping' my new monthly payment would be and he did everything possible to get me as close to the number as possible (I was impressed :)) Everything about this experience was above and beyond. When I walked into Lindsay Lexus I was warmly greeted by all that I came in contact with, and was greeted with a warm smile from my Sales Rep (AJ). Not one time did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle, I was given the opportunity to test drive and it was solely up to me after that point. I can def appreciate not being pushed/forced into a vehicle or forced to make a rushed decision. I would def recommend this dealer and look forward to doing business with Lindsay Lexus in the future. After about a year of researching S UV's, I decided I wanted a 2013 RX350. I'm a automotive mechanic that works hard for his money and this would be the most I have ever spent on a vehicle. It is also mo wanted a 2013 RX350. I'm a automotive mechanic that works hard for his money and this would be the most I have ever spent on a vehicle. It is also more than I paid for my house. When I buy vehicles I always check at lease 3 dealers to try to get an idea of what is a fair price. I started with Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly, Va. on Lee Jackson Memorial Highway. I told all dealers the same thing. I wanted a 2013 RX350 and I didn't have a problem waiting for it if it had to be ordered. This was a lot of money and I wanted just what I wanted. It was clear from the start that I was dealing with Bullies at Pohanka. After the salesman found out that I was shopping around he changed. He refused to give me a copy of the quote. He said it was a confidential and he would only give me the total price. I told him ok and that I would get back with him. He then played the boss game. He said he needed to talk to his manager. I knew what was coming. He came back with another price. I said I would get back to him. He ask me to wait so his manager could meet me so if the salesman was not there he would know me. I knew what was coming and I was right. His bully boss made it clear he wanted to sell me a vehicle he had that day. I told him I would get back to him. He then started to lie. He stated he didn't know if he could order what I wanted. I told him if he can't get me what I wanted then I would go buy a Ford. I left there knowing I would not buy anything there even if it was the lowest price. I tell everybody to never go there. My next dealer was Lexus of Rockville Md. The salesman was very friendly. He gave me a lot of information about the vehicle but because I wanted to order it he could not give me a price. He got his manager. She told me the person who knew how to order vehicles was on vacation and she would get back to me. She told me it would take 3 to 4 weeks and $2000 deposit. The deposit was NON REFUNDABLE. I told her that was not a problem. I left there feeling that this was where I would but my Rx350. I was very disappointed when after weeks and several emails I never received a price. After leaving Rockville I decided to stop at Lexus of Silver spring Md. This was another mistake. The salesman wanted to just under bid the other dealers by $500. I told him that was not how it was going to work. I didn't know him and I wanted all the dealers to be treated the same. I wasn't going to tell him the other prices. I wanted his price. He left without saying a word and got his manager. He took so long I almost left. I should had of left. His manager wanted to sell me a vehicle he had at another dealer but before he gave me the price I had to hear a lot of things that was not my concern. He tried to pressure me at his price because he would not get my service on the vehicle after the sale. I told him I would go out of my way to get good service. He did give me a copy of the quote but it was much too hard to get. After these 3 dealers I was wore out. I had one more to try but it took me a long time to go to Lindsay Lexus of Alexandra Va. It was about 6 pm on Friday when I decided to go to Lindsay. This was the last one before I started looking at Fords. I believe god works in mysterious ways and I was hoping he would give me my RX 350. This is when I met a TRULY OUTSTANDING SALESMAN MR. Mallie L. Stevens Jr. Mallie knows how to let a person buy a vehicle instead of trying to force them into buying something on the lot. I have been buying new vehicles since !972 and Mallie is the best salesman I have ever had. He listened to me and he met all my needs. I left there with a quote and no pressure. I was totally relieve because I felt like I would be buying a RX 350. After about a week or so I received a letter from the manager Jeff Warner. As I was opening it I said o no here comes the pressure but I was wrong. Jeff just wanted to check to see if I still was interested in the Rx350 and if there was something he could do for me. The letter was short and no pressure. I thought about it and I emailed him that I was still undecided. I asked him if he could drop the price down another $1000 or close to it. He got my information and dropped it down $1000. I them made a time to come into talk about ordering my Rx 350. The other dealers was going to take 3 to 4 weeks with NON REFUNDABLE $2000 deposits. Jeff told me it would be 45 days with a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit. I got my 2013 Rx 350 in 30 DAYS!!!!!!!. Mallie and Jeff have a very happy customer and without there TRULY OUTSTANDING service I might be driving something else. I am a mechanic but I purchased the service agreement. This is the part that worries me but if service is anywhere close to sales I will be a Lexus driver for a long time. I love the vehicle and can not wait to go to Florida in November. More

Jessica Latzen received my referral from USAA and called me at 8:49 am and told me that the dealership would be opening in 10 minutes and encouraged me to come and take a look. Believing that the early bird gets the worm, I went straight in to the dealership. I was extremely impressed with the selection and Jessica took the time to describe the latest features. We discussed the price and she was not pushy at all. It was completely "no pressure." I told Jessica I wanted to explore other options and that I hadn't committed to buying. She did not try to discourage me at all. I went to another dealership and the service wasn't as good and the salesperson was not as knowledgable about the Lexus Hybrid I was interested in. I returned to Jessica and she located the car I wanted and had me all set up in no time at all. Jessica's patience, knowledge, and no pressure attitude, convinced me to purchase my dream car! I simply cannot say enough about how great Jessica and the other staff members at Lindsay were. More

Lindsay Lexus truly goes the extra mile to deliver a pleasant, competent sales experience. This is the second Lexus we have purchased from them and Jessica Latzen has been fantastic to work with both ti pleasant, competent sales experience. We were never rushed or pressured and Jessica truly had our best interests at heart and made very helpful suggestions in guiding our purchase/lease agreement. Jessica is a calming influence and her goal was to make sure we were comfortable with our selection and with the financial arrangemnts and pricing. She spent time making sure we knew the new updates on our RX 350 and set up our bluetooth for us as well. We have always been pleased with our interaction with Jessica and with Lindsay Lexus. We shall definitely request Jessica the next time we are in the market for a new Lexus. Regarding the service experience, we consider it truly outstanding and appreciate the loaner vehicles when ours is in for service. The service is very competent and timely and the clean and washed car is a great touch when picking the it up. More

I can not say how much my husband enjoyed our buying experience this week. We are long time fans of the Lexus brand and used to great customer service in London, UK. After a very bad experience with a Dodge dealership in Texas, I did my research before choosing to go to Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria despite another dealership being closer. The other reviews were right. This is a great place. We came in late on a Thursday and three staff members stayed late after closing to enable us to drive away that night. They had the right car in inventory and it was detailed for us before we left (unlike our previous experiences elsewhere) Our salesman Abul, was upfront, straight talking and when we asked for a complete price (including all those nasty add ons like sales tax and titling) he gave it to us with a smile! He knew that whatever MSRP he gave us, we still needed to know the bottom line - how much we actually needed to write a check for. This honesty was refreshing in the world of car sales. I can tell you now that in 4-5years we will be headed straight back to Lindsay Lexus, and hopefully Abdul, to trade in for the newer model when we have worn this one out. Oh and the best thing - free car when yours is being serviced and they will also do pick up and drop off from your house or office if you ask for it. We had this service in the UK and it makes all the difference especially for busy DC workers. If you are considering a Lexus - go here! More
