I toured the service center (who does that??) and was shown the process so I would not be confused when the time came. He also told me about the new owners session and had me add it in my calendar. I have never purchased a vehicle and had this much fun!!! Craig was warm and kind and handled the financial portion of the transaction with friendly professionalism.
