I toured the service center (who does that??) and was shown the process so I would not be confused when the time came. He also told me about the new owners session and had me add it in my calendar. I have never purchased a vehicle and had this much fun!!! Craig was warm and kind and handled the financial portion of the transaction with friendly professionalism. Great sales folks - Lou and Jessica. We've bought 5 cars there. Service is usually very good but can run long. A couple of suggestions: First please add your 703 number to your various websites. Second, took far too long to get the deal done due to either short staff or too many sales the day we bought.
