I would like to thank Ed Riley for all of his help in the servicing of my car. He came to my job and exchanged a loaner car for me (after I had changed the time on him several times). Then, I left my other servicing of my car. He came to my job and exchanged a loaner car for me (after I had changed the time on him several times). Then, I left my other keys in the car. From the beginning the conversation was professional, pleasant and easy going. Mr. Allen was most accommodating in providing the requested information via email. He followed up with a phone call to ensure I had received the data. After reviewing the material, I returned the call to express reservations about purchasing the car, RX350. Mr. Allen, simply asked what did I need. After a short conversation, he answered all my questions and gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. When I reached the dealership, the atmosphere was very relaxing and customer focused. Mr Allen was very patient as we went through the process and I asked new questions about the purchasing details. His laid back demeanor and calming voice put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with the big decision I had just made. This by far was the most stress free experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. It was such a joy to work with Mr. Byron Allen. Financing was handled equally professionally with Hwan Kim at the right price. The cool thing was Aaron Tschirhart engaged us as we're finalizing our business with the latest and coolest coming from Lexus. (Geeks that we are!) We did consider more inexpensive cars but we kept reminding ourselves why we liked this dealership so much and decided we weren't (at this stage of our life) willing to give up this luxury. This time we worked with Mark Coleman, whom I would highly recommend. He was courteous, patient and not at all aggressive in his selling style. It was a very comfortable and relaxed car purchase. We left feeling very good about the entire process and Jeff's willingness to work with us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Lexus vehicle.
