We were looking to replace our LR4. After doing some research we became interested in the Lexus GX 460. We explained to him what we wanted to do and that we weren't in a hurry to negotiate a deal and he said he understood and proceeded to take us for a test drive and answer all of our questions about the vehicle. Turns out we changed our mind about time frame after meeting Mario and the test drive. I wanted to get a deal done pretty quickly. However I have to say that Mario never once pressured us to do a deal ever throughout the whole process. He just presented is with all of the information so that we could make an infomed decision. He always called or emailed me back promptly after I contacted him. He gave me more for our trade in than other dealerships had offered and was just a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I want to mention Hwan Kim and Tim Robinson as well. Hwan was our finance guy and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. Even though the exact color was not available at the store he has taken the time and effort to find the exact color that we liked (Knight's armor pearl) and hence delivered our car shortly. I had been in the market for a clean wagon or other vehicle for a few months. In conducting extensive Internet research, I ran across a Saab 9-5 at Lindsay Lexus. After perusing their Website, Car Fax, reviews, etc., I emailed Lindsay and Mark Coleman was very responsive. Mark was straightforward and allowed me to start the negotiation process. I recently had an unpleasant experience with another dealer, where I couldn't get any dialogue going prior to entering the showroom and staying for hours. I made an initial visit and liked the low mileage and exceptionally maintained wagon. Mark was easy to deal with and professional. He and a finance manager were supportive without being pushy with the typical "extras" that dealers push. While sitting in the showroom, I noticed other clean used cars, and thought that Lindsay would be a great place to pick up a nice affordable car. Many, like my Saab were owned by responsible owners who traded their cars for a new Lexus. I highly recommend Lindsay. My remote key triggered a low battery message in the dashboard, a minor thing. Service should have taken care of that but no big deal. In my research, Lindsay Service did not get stellar reviews. As in all used cars, some quirks are likely. I hear a roar in the engine that may be linked to the turbo, the first that I've had. However, the car looks and drives great. Thanks Lindsay! More

Upon arrival, we were met with a courteous greeting, provided a beverage, and took a seat in comfortable leather chairs while we awaited our sales representative to show us the car. "AJ" introduced himself in a professional and warm manner and took us outside to look at the car. I never felt as if we were be given the "hard sell" (which would have caused me to leave quickly) but instead, both my wife and I felt very comfortable with AJ's approach and professional demeanor. Our initial reaction to the car was that it was precisely what we were looking for. AJ quickly arranged for us to take the car out and never gave us the impression that we were being rushed. We took our time and returned with the intention of getting down to the nuts and bolts of a potential sale. We had a few issues we wanted addressed, but AJ never gave us the kind of arrogant attitude that some salespeople employ that conveys "take it or leave it". He was dilligent in his efforts to try and make it work, and happily, it did. We arrived at a mutuially agreeable price and my wife is thrilled with the car! I'm providing this rating because AJ was directly responsible for making our purchase an enjoyable, stress-free experience. We submitted an online inquiry regarding a couple different models during the Certified Pre-Owned event. Mark called within a couple hours to follow-up and answer our questions. He was extremely personable and courteous and most all, genuinely interested in helping us come to a decision on a vehicle. We ended up coming back to purchase a car just a couple of days later. The approximate time to complete paperwork was accurately quoted to us. While waiting, Mark also brought us waters and offered some insight on items we would need to decide on, information about the service department, along with a brief introduction to the technology in our new ES. The financing process was also very streamlined and Barbara was thorough, detailed and pleasant to work with. We left with our car that night and Mark called later in the week to check-in. He also sent us keychains in the mail to save us a trip back to the dealership. My experience with Lindsay from the onset (phone call) was outstanding. Prior to contacting Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria (LLoA), we visited 3 dealerships (different brands) that were okay but nothing separ was outstanding. One dealer in particular was very disappointing because we spent 5 hours getting the run around on price. The next day, I called the new sales department of LLoA mainly to get a feel for the environment, prior to visiting. To my surprise a very warm and happy sounding, professional salesman named Aadnan Javed (AJ) answered the phone. He was not pushy and was very attentive. What caught my attention was his comment "Let me find out some information prior to you coming in because I do not want to waste your time". That comment may have went over most people’s head but it was music to my ears. AJ was very flexible with offering meeting times and was willing to come in on his day off. Due to commuting issues, we were very late to our appointment. As a matter of fact, we arrived 5 minutes before they closed. While driving in, AJ went out of his way to text me making sure that we were okay due to weather. Upon our arrival, AJ met us with a warm welcome. Although we were extremely late, and the dealership was actually closed, he gave us a thorough overview of the vehicle that we were interested in. Most of all he did not rush us or make us feel uncomfortable. We went home that night and discussed our experience. I was so impressed with the customer service; we decided to buy a vehicle from AJ (Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria). By the way, it gets better. My experience with the finance office was incredible. In efforts to minimize time, AJ provided me with the online application information. Literally about 30 minutes after filling out the application, I received a call from Craig Novitsky (finance manager). Craig was just as nice and warm as AJ. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. My prior experience with finance managers was horrible because they would ramble through a bunch of contract papers and try to up sale anything that they can find. Craig was the complete opposite, he provided me with financial information that would help me in the future and offered me services for my car that I will actually use. He was amazing, to the point that my fiancé is looking at purchasing a car from Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria at the end of the year 2014. Our experience in every case with Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria thus far has been absolutely amazing. If I could give more than 5 starts, I would not hesitate. AJ and Craig changed our car buying experience and set the bar very high. Moreover, the showroom is very nice, professional and clean (bathrooms included). However, the service center is the best. I have never seen a service center like the Lindsey Lexus of Alexandria. I told AJ, that I am looking forward to taking my car in for service due to the amenities. He was so responsive, friendly & helpful that I thought he must be a new eager consultant, imagine my surprise that he was the manager! This made me look forward to going in to buy the RX 350. Sid was the absolute best! The price, knowledge of the vehicle, was totally on point. He ensured I was familiar with pertinent systems before driving off in winter weather.
