RX350 I've began looking for a RX350 since July 2013. I was looking for 2007-2009. I noticed an aid on my credit union welcome page about discounted cars. I I've began looking for a RX350 since July 2013. I was looking for 2007-2009. I noticed an aid on my credit union welcome page about discounted cars. I've called the number and they informed me I was part of the United Buying Service (UBS) which mean I will receive some money off the retail price. So they provided me with Josh Watts contact informaton. I called Josh and set up an appointment to view the RX350. I was running a little late, but Josh contacted me to check on the status of our appointment. Once arrival, Josh showed me to the RX350 I was looking for. He offered me a drink and snack while we waiting to test drive. After the test drive, Josh explained everything to me regarding the pricing, discount, fee, title, and tax. Because of Josh's providing outstanding customer service and professionalism I didn't even notice I was at the dealership for 5 hours. I'm happy to say, Lindsay's financial beat my credit union interest rate and I went through them to financial. Thank you Josh and the financial team. More

Yesterday he went out of his way to make the experience one to remember. My husband has lost his peripheral vision making it necessary to sell his car. We sold his GX and I will sell my RX to a friend, allowing me to pick a brand new 2014 350 RX. The only disappointing factor is that LEXUS...needs some new colors. You are picking boring colors - for women!!! My previous RX was a beautiful Cerulean Blue and my new one although blue is not as yummy or exciting as the Cerulean!!! More

I have been a Lindsay Lexus customer for more than 6 yrs and I have done all my service there and have overall been very satisfactory. I don't blame the service consultant's minor mistakes and oversights over a lengthy service history, what's important is the service Manager's willingness to make things right for the customer. More

Best car buying experience so far I dread new car buying time because I don't really like to deal with the hassle of pushing sales people and the thought of not getting top dollar for I dread new car buying time because I don't really like to deal with the hassle of pushing sales people and the thought of not getting top dollar for trade in. It just turns out to be a very stressful part of life every few years, however for once I found a place that doesn't try to hammer a car down my throat that I don't want. My sales person was Josh Watts and he was AWESOME!!! He didn't try to sell something I didn't want, he was polite, and took his time...I never felt like he was trying to rush me. I knew what I wanted when I got there and I knew exactly what I wanted to pay for it. Josh made that happen without any hassle or stress on my part. Oh what a relief...can you imagine a dealership where you can actually go and get what you want and pay the price you want? Bonus! They also gave me a fair value for my trade in. I was very happy with the level of service I got from Lindsay Lexus. More

They were both a pleasure to work with all around and made my purchasing experience positive. Mario is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and all around an asset to the Lindsay organization. He was attentive and focused on my requirements for my next vehicle to make sure I was getting a vehicle that met them. Product knowledge is very important to me with how hi-tech these new vehicles are; and, Mario is knowledgeable and readily explained clearly and precisely the way things worked. We love the car and greatly appreciate the attention that Ray Taylor and the Lindsay staff provided. Moreover, we purchased the car at an exceptional price compared with the competition and the information that AAA, Edmonds and USAA provided. It is nice, and unusual, to have a relationship with such a professional and friendly dealership. More
