Awesome experience in buying a car....!!! I looked at the reviews from this site on several Lexus dealerships, and decided to contact Sid. He was everything the reviews said, and then some - h I looked at the reviews from this site on several Lexus dealerships, and decided to contact Sid. He was everything the reviews said, and then some - he answered my calls promptly, and treated me like a "customer" from the first moment! He provided me a wealth of information about the gently used car I was initially looking at, but, after sitting down with him on the details about leasing, the discussion made a lot more sense, and I ended up leasing my "dream car" from him instead! Sid was courteous, very tuned to details, thoroughly reviewed all my numbers and financing, and came up with an outstanding deal for me, after his already long day, He really worked hard to make me a happy client, both with my trade, and with the new dream car. He explained everything to me in a manner that showed respect. I've bought many cars before, and it has been a tedious activity. Sid was a rock star, in my book! I highly recommend him - he's fair, and establishes a great rapport and trust from the start. I'm super happy with the car, the lease and the dealership!!! More

Couldn't Care Less about Customers The sunroof of my 2011 Lexus CT200h exploded while driving at highway speeds on an 85 degree clear day. Thankfully, no one was injured. I immediately drove to the dealership where I bought the car, Lindsay Lexus, in Alexandria, VA. It took them nearly a week to tell me that they would not cover this obvious safety defect. I showed them evidence from the NHTSA website documenting this problem and they insisted that nothing was wrong with the car--that I would have to have this covered by my insurance. It seems that Toyota/Lexus simply don't care about customer safety in their vehicles. The service department at Lindsay told me that they had escalated this to the district manager in New Jersey and that after reviewing the case, they "respectfully declined to cover the damage." Interestingly, to the best of my knowledge they never took a photo of the damage and certainly no one from anywhere but the dealership saw the damage. They refused to provide me with the names of any individuals I could speak with and also refused to show me any of the communication with Lexus. The service manager did call me, but only to make certain I understood that they would not cover anything. From the very start of the conversation he made it clear that he didn't care what I thought or had to say. If you want unlimited sodas, coffee, fruit, cookies, ice cream or any of the other amenities they offer in their luxury waiting room, then go there for service. If you want competence or an advocate, find another service center. More

He was courteous, in tune with my needs, and always listened and addressed any concerns we had. The new car manager, Josh Watts, was also equally outstanding and made "negotiating" seem like a walk in the park. Hwan Kim, with Finance, was cool calm and collected. Not once did he push for us to purchase additional warranties that were not needed. He gave advice, explained why, and it was 100% solid. Also, Alex Judice, with service, took time to show us all of the new options the car had to offer. Thank you for being so patient with us. If you're in the market for a new or used car please consider Lindsey Lexus and when you get there please ask for Kenddrie Utuk. Way to go Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria! More

My sales person is Kenddrie Utka, and he is the reason why I continue to do business with Lexu Today, June 19, 205, I brokered by fourth (4th) lease. My sales person is Kenddrie Utka, and he is the reason why I continue to do business with Lexus of Alexandria. Not only is he a top sales person in my view, he is a service person. He provides an efficient and expeditious service that I've only found at Lexus, it is beyond reproach. If it says it, it shall be done. While I know that dealerships are in the business of making money, Kenddrie is in the business of making customers happy - I'm definitely a happy customer. I'm one of those customers that want a lot for little or nothing, and Kenddrie has never failed me. He also exceeds my expectations of delivery. Being as I'm a repeat customer, Kenddrie knows me, and is very patient with dealing with my demands, no matter owe absurd. He is very honest about what he can and can't do. And believe you me, he does more of what can be done than what can't be done. Kenddrie also smells really good - LOL. And Barbara Parker Alan James is my woman crush; such a classy lady.
