He was Outstanding! He made sure I was comfortable by offering me cold water right away because it was hot outside. I needed that. He was so accommodating. The first automobile he selected was the one I purchased. He listened to me and brought all of the features that I wanted in the perfect model ES 350. I was in heaven. The Financial Executive, Alex, was funny accommodating and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in great detail and made me feel so comfortable as I moved through the transaction. He too offered me cold water or beverage and made sure I was comfortable. While at the dealership, I stopped by the General Managers office. He smiled introduced himself and complimented my Sales Executive, Claude on his socks. It was such a fun experience! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that wants to feel good about moving into the Lexus family. This is my first Lexus and I am sure it will not be my last.
