Every time I think I've seen the best that Lindsay Lexus can offer me, I am pleasantly surprised by something else. One recent surprise was a visit to the Verizon Center, Washington, DC for a show. The parking attendant advised me that I was entitled to free valet parking because I was driving a Lexus vehicle. Awesome! Aside from the fact that the Lexus vehicles are fabulous, one thing that keeps me coming back to Lindsay Lexus is the phenomenal customer service. Nothing beats feeling valued and treated with respect. And, I get that from Lindsay Lexus. Thanks Lindsay, for a wonderful experience! I just bought another new car. Mark was patient and gave us our space to discuss our decision. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or like I was being pushed. While the paperwork was being processed, Alex took us out to our new car to show us/set up the navigational system. He was very helpful and definitely knew the ins and outs of Lexus technology. The price that was listed was a little out of our budget; however, AJ worked with us and was able to get us into the car that we LOVE with the price that is a deal and a half. There was non of that dealer haggling stereotype that you think needs to get done. I was honest about my budget and AJ was able to get the car for me to a price in that price range. We ate so happy with our experience and I recommend AJ and Lindsay Lexus to everyone. They are great. More

Excellent experience! Mar was my salesman when I started looking almost 3 months ago from Pennsylvania. This young man took the time to explain in detail my purchase, the RX350, any questions I had, were answered with truth! He stayed in contact even after I took a break from looking (about a month in to looking) without pressuring me in to purchasing from the dealership. After about 1 1/2 more months of back and forth on a vehicle I finally was able to narrow down which one I wanted. I drove from my home state to pick up my Lexus RX350 from Mar and was met with a hand shake, a smile and more answers to the questions and concerns of buying out of state. Lexus NeXus 101 So I've been driving my new NX 200T for about 3 months now. While my salesman did a phenomenal job of walking me through the basic features and techn So I've been driving my new NX 200T for about 3 months now. While my salesman did a phenomenal job of walking me through the basic features and technology of the car, its only after you get accustomed to it as a driver that you really start having questions. This is where Alex Judice comes in. He picks up where the sales staff leaves off, and before the service techs are needed. He's that vital middle man, walking around with multiple Lexus manuals in his head! He literally was able to answer every question I had about my NX, even though its the newest model in the Lexus fleet. Not only did Mr. Judice answer MY questions, but he showed me tips, tricks and features of which I knew nothing about or wasn't taking full advantage. For e.g. I had no idea that text messages could come through the car's audio system via Bluetooth. So now I can actually text and drive! He followed up after our meeting by sending me a list of voice commands so that I could maximize the Lexus Voice feature. I was only using it for Destination Assist. Thanks Alex for helping me to maximize my investment and enjoyment of my NX. Though its considered a smart car, with smart features, it can only ever be as smart as its the owner. Thanks to Alex, I'm now on my way to getting my PhD, without having to reach that cumbersome manual! More
