While my salesman did a phenomenal job of walking me through the basic features and technology of the car, its only after you get accustomed to it as a driver that you really start having questions. This is where Alex Judice comes in. He picks up where the sales staff leaves off, and before the service techs are needed. He's that vital middle man, walking around with multiple Lexus manuals in his head! He literally was able to answer every question I had about my NX, even though its the newest model in the Lexus fleet. Not only did Mr. Judice answer MY questions, but he showed me tips, tricks and features of which I knew nothing about or wasn't taking full advantage. For e.g. I had no idea that text messages could come through the car's audio system via Bluetooth. So now I can actually text and drive! He followed up after our meeting by sending me a list of voice commands so that I could maximize the Lexus Voice feature. I was only using it for Destination Assist. Thanks Alex for helping me to maximize my investment and enjoyment of my NX. Though its considered a smart car, with smart features, it can only ever be as smart as its the owner. Thanks to Alex, I'm now on my way to getting my PhD, without having to reach that cumbersome manual! More

After inquiring online, I was fortunate enough to receive a follow up call from one of their Senior Salesman, Bob Fletcher. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. It was a very pleasant hassle free experience. Fast-forward to October 2015, I referred a good friend, and co-worker to Lindsay Lexus who also expressed interest in purchasing an ES350. I referred her to Bob Fletcher specifically because of the excellent experience I had with him during my first purchase. My friend and I both came back to the dealership to see Bob, and to look at the new 2016 ES350 models. Needless to say, we both walked away with new vehicles that day. We also had the privilege of working with Vehicle Technical Specialist, Alex Judice. He walked us through, and explained in detail many of the new features now offered on the 2016 ES 350. He was very knowledgeable, and patient with us both. He provided lots of great information to help us fully enjoy all the new features.
