I have made four car purchases and have probably talked with over 20 sales consultant during this time frame. This was my second time buying a new Lexus from this specific dealer. I worked with Steven Rhee both times, and I highly recommend him as a sales consultant. Steven was very genuine and easy to work with. His demeanor puts you at ease immediately, and he seems to intuitively understand what the customer needs to know in order to make a decision. He went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns were addressed and helped educate me on the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying, among other issues. Very professional, efficient, and very like-able as a sales consultant and person. I will definitely seek him out again if I am ever in need of another Lexus vehicle.
