I bought my first RX 350 from Lou Brown and he made sure I was educated in every aspect of the SUV. Love this SUV but I did trade it in for another and Lou was by my side all the way. For my third SUV, I had hand surgery so Lou put the new vehicle on a flatbed truck and delivered it to me in the VA beach area. Just turned in my 4th SUV for a phenomenal 2016 RX. Lou is now in management but took the time to test drive the new vehicle with me, explain the safety features, and then hand me over to his very capable sales associate Jessica Latzen. Then I had the pleasure to work with Alex Judice. He helped me set up preferences, set up my phone, worked with me to know the vehicle till I was comfortable to drive home. I have little room to talk about maintance of my cars but the service department is wonderful. More

I have to admit, my girlfriend was being a little difficult but Mar was very patient with her and took his time to answer all her questions and made sure she understood the features of the various cars we considered. He did a great job, I think she would have bought a car from him if the dealership had a little bigger selection of certified used vehicles. I liked the way Mar quickly arrived at a sales price without too much fussing and wasting time going back and forth. More

He was friendly, courteous, and present throughout the negotiation. There was no hard sales pressure at any point. He met me on my expectations for my trade-in value. He saw that the car I was purchasing was properly detailed before I picked it up on Monday. He was also respective of the presence of my partner throughout our visit. Oour appointment with the finance representative, Hwan Kim was equally pleasant and efficient. No hard sales pressure. Exceeded my expectations The salesperson I'd talked to prior to visiting wasn't available that day and introduced me to Chris Hayes. I was a bit disappointed only because the previous salesperson knew that I wanted a very specific car and I thought she'd have it waiting for me. Chris helped to put my mind at ease, assuring me that he and his team would work hard to find my car. I'd heard that before and knew that sometimes they are at the mercy of the other dealership. However, by the time we finished taking a test drive, Chris informed me that they'd found the car and I'd get it in 2 days, 3 days max. I was fine with that. We finished with the deal and I went home to wait out the 3 long days. Later that night, while I was heading to dinner, I got a call from Chris to tell me that not only had my vehicle arrived, but his team had stayed late to finish the inspection and I could pick it up the next day!!! EXCELLENT customer service. I also really appreciate Brian Addy in Finance, for taking time to help me understand all my options and giving me sound advice. By the end of our conversation, I felt confident that he cared more about giving me the services I wanted/needed, than trying to sell me products and services. Finally, Alex Judice did a great job explaining all of the fine details of the car. I'm a tech guy by profession so I had researched most of what I needed to know. Still, Alex took the time to answer a few of the things that I didn't quite understand and even took the time out to email me a list of available voice commands. From end to end, I felt valued and respected. I would highly recommend Lindsay Lexus. More
