He was able to beat the competition by a good amount, and due to having such a positive hassle free experience with thai, i in turn did not want to play games by taking the great price that thai/Lindsay gave me on my es 350, and try to get a competitor dealership to knock off a few extra hundred. The difference in customer attentiveness and laid back approach is noticeable when compared with the other dealerships me and my wife were shopping at.
