On the day of pickup I told him I had 90 minutes to close things out. He emailed me paperwork in advance to make the pickup process quick and smooth. Thai Tran from Lindsay lexus was simply the best By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the beginning Thai was easy to work with, direct, no gamesmanship, and accessible. There was never any bait and switch, and he could tell that price/value was ultimately going to decide which dealership I purchased from. He was able to beat the competition by a good amount, and due to having such a positive hassle free experience with thai, i in turn did not want to play games by taking the great price that thai/Lindsay gave me on my es 350, and try to get a competitor dealership to knock off a few extra hundred. The difference in customer attentiveness and laid back approach is noticeable when compared with the other dealerships me and my wife were shopping at. I can assure you the next car I buy will be at londsay, and more specifically, with mr. Thai Tran. I will berecommending mr. Tran to family, friends, and coworkers. More
