Lindsay Lexus and Nazir Jasat This is the second time my wife and I purchased a special order, RX 450h through Lindsay Lexus -- the first online, the second at the dealership. Both This is the second time my wife and I purchased a special order, RX 450h through Lindsay Lexus -- the first online, the second at the dealership. Both times our sales consultant was Nazir Jazat. He was courteous and thorough, responding to all our questions. The price negotiations were unpressurized and pleasant. The final "bottom line" was fair, and easily surpassed offers from other dealers in our region. Each time, the car was delivered to our home free of charge -- a distance of 150 miles-- and the use of the various features explained, the second time by Nazir himself. Outstanding customer service Started out on the wrong foot when I travelled 45 minutes there on Sunday only to find they were closed (even though website says they are open). AJ (Alan Jones) called me the next morning, apologized and asked if we would consider coming back. I did go back and am thankful I did. AJ was fantastic. Probably the best experience I have had buying a car. He was professional, attentive, informed, courteous and, best of all, worked with us on the price so everyone came out a winner. The whole process was seamless and every detail was handled perfectly. I would give AJ my highest recommendation and despite the distance I have to travel will definitely go back to him for my next Lexus. John Woodward More

It was a thoroughly satisfying experience, as it has been for the three RXs we've purchased We recently purchased a new 2016 RX350 from Lindsay Lexus. It was a thoroughly satisfying experience, as it has been for the three RXs we've purchased from them previously over the last 15 years! The cars have the high reliability and safety and convenience features we look for, and the agents we have dealt with have all provided us with information without any of the pressure we have experienced with other dealers. For example, when we found a charge on the bill that we didn't understand, one of the management staff explained it was for pre-paid maintenance but offered to cancel it if we wished. (We decided to keep it.) As an added bonus, Lindsay employs a young tech who offers a free tutorial on the many new electronic features of the 2016 cars. Do not honor commitments I would not recommend them for service, the dealership was fine but not the service. Overcharge for everything, and includes a fee that was explained to me that it goes to operating costs of the garage which is the cost of doing business if there is overhead you factor it in. My issue is that when bringing in for last service they charged my credit card multiple times and tied up almost $1000 direct from my account (bank card) in the banks waiting to be voided and re-credited to my account. The manager there at the time said they would take care of my next maintenance which was to my understanding the 60K mile checkup. When I take it in they say no it was for the 55K which is literally just kicking the tires and topping off fluids and not needed. I told them that that was not the commitment that was made to me was, but since the manager is no longer there they are not honoring it. willing to give a credit of 55K of $130 towards the 60K mile. SO no if they are not going to honor the commitments of the Service Manager at the time then no I could not recommend the use of their service station, as I have been terribly inconvenienced at the time of my last servicing with my credit card and now by not honoring their commitments. More

I didn't feel the pressure tactics used and both were very forthcoming and accomodating to help me make the decision.
