She made sure I knew about all the features and was totally satisfied. In addition, Alex Judice, the technology expert is fantastic (and patient) reviewing all the technical gadgets. In contrast, the other dealer through the buying service would not help at all unless we visited the dealership -- the second sale they lost from me. More
