Fantastic and Wonderful Car Buying Experience! My prior sales contact with Lindsay was not available when I arrived at the dealership, but I lucked out and got Steven Rhee for my salesman. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Steven is low key, non-pressure, knowledgeable, honest, and very pleasant/friendly/professional to deal with. I spent the better part of the day at the dealer, but everything went very smoothly. And I do feel that I got a pretty fair deal. Also, the day I purchased the car, Steven took the time to ensure that I understood how to use the main (and hi-tech) features of the car. Steven has been keeping in touch with me since my purchase and is readily available to answer any questions I may have. In addition, all of the Lindsay staff seems knowledgeable and very helpful. This is my second purchase at Lindsay – I traded in my 2005 Lexus ES 330 (purchased at Lindsay in December 2004) for my new love, a 2016 Lexus ES 350. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. They even took the time to make sure we knew everything that the car was capable of doing. My wife went back to the dealership 3-days after the purchase because she had some questions and the staff was right there and just as helpful and polite after the purchase as they were prior to the purchase. The Lexus brand is what sold me on buying a car (we have had 5 Lexuses over the past years, since 1999) - -but Lexus service, and Juan Baez, is what keeps me coming back to Lindsay Lexus.
