My goal was also to save money in the process of doing so. After attempting to chat with someone online at the Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria website, I shortly received a phone call from Alan Jones. I explained to him what my goals were and from the very beginning he was very optimistic that he could help me out despite the skepticism I showed due to previous bad experiences at other dealerships. That very same day my wife and I showed up to Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria and Alan was able to successfully put us in the car that we wanted for the price that we wanted. We walked out of there about two hours later with a 2016 Lexus ES350. I highly recommend Alan Jones if you are looking to purchase a Lexus. Whether it is CPO, New, Used, whatever, he will remain committed in helping you to get into the car that you are looking for. He has also remained helpful beyond the sale to make sure that we are happy with our purchase and to make sure that if we have any questions, that they are answered to our satisfaction. We definitely plan to see him again very soon to upgrade our other vehicle. I also cannot end this review without commending Hwan Kim from the Finance Department as well. He explained the financial details to us very clearly and offered us nice options to make sure that we would make the best decision that would help us not only financially, but also with respect to the ongoing maintenance of our new car. Shah Karim has been the sales representative for all three of the transactions and has proven to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He isn't a high pressure sales person because he understands the Lexus quality and value sells itself. Their pickup and loaner car service has been a real asset since I don't live close to the dealership. On one lease transaction my wife noticed a small chip in the windshield when I brought the new vehicle home. When the standard glass repair procedure didn't fix the problem to my satisfaction, the general manager promptly said they would order a new replacement windshield and install it at no cost to me. It's this kind of first-class service you can expect from the Lindsay Lexus dealership! More
