I did not know what kind of SUV I wanted to buy I had a great experience with Mar Roble and had awesome time with him buying my 2017 Lexus NX F-sport. I did not know what kind of SUV I wanted to buy, so Mar went above and beyond to show me every vehicles I wanted to see that day. He had to go to 3 different storage lots to get those vehicles and he was very professional, courteous and friendly the entire time. Once we looked on all vehicles, he took the time to give me all of my options, gave me suggestions and advice but he was never pushy. After settling on the vehicle, he also honored the price from TrueCar without any hesitation. Later he even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked on the car and helped set up Lexus Enform App on my phone. I was online researching vehicles when I came across one of interest. The website said Contact Us for pricing. Immediately upon submitting the inquiry online, I received a call from "AJ". He was very polite and courteous. He asked pertinent questions and was online looking at the same thing in a matter of seconds. We spoke briefly as he wanted to physically make sure the vehicle was still on the lot. He told me he would call back shortly and he did. His follow-up and attention to detail was impressive. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions whether email or phone. When I finally did go to the dealership, I was met by a true gentleman. We took a test drive and the deal was done. Part of this quick buy was due to a lot of research on the Internet that allowed me to feel comfortable with the features and fair prices for the cars I considered. But the biggest factor was the helpful salesmanship manners of AJ Jones at Lindsay Lexus. I told him what I was looking for in a Certified Preowned ES350, and he was very knowledgeable of his inventory and the features of the cars that met my requirements. AJ is a very personable salesperson that depicts none of the stereotypical "used car salesman" techniques.
