Within minutes of our initial conversation I received photos, warranty information, pricing, etc. After doing my due diligence with other dealers, Alan exceeded all others in working with me from a long distance. I retired some years ago and moved from Alexandria to Smith Mt.Lake, hence I am 4 hours away from the dealership. I discovered the RX 350 on the Lindsay website and received a call from Alan. Because of his diligence in providing my required information, I travelled to Alexandria 2 days later to purchase the vehicle. After experiencing aggressive sales tactics, general misinformation, and Takata airbag issues at several dealerships, both American and foreign-made vehicles, I decided to give Lindsay a shot. I was the best decision I ever made. My sales rep, Alan Jones (aka AJ) was kind, informative, and patient. Even my finance rep, Hwan Kim, was personable and helped me choose the right warranty and coverage packages without pressuring me. I've been back to Lindsay a few times since -- one was for AJ to meet my family since and the other was to finalize some paperwork on a great 2013 RX 350 and the other to have paint and leather protection work done by the Service Department. Ed Reilly took care of me at their Service Department and he too was very personable and informative. Lindsay has brought me into their family and they'll have a loyal customer for life.
