I sent an email to the dealership and was promptly emailed and received a phone call from Min Jung a sales associate at the dealership. I called Min and informed her exactly what I was looking for. She also discussed other options available to me and informed me of the ongoing sales currently at the dealership. When we came in she had already had the vehicle I requested pulled out and cleaned and ready for us to view and test drive. I know buying a car can be a long arduous experience so I was very appreciative of the fact that she had the vehicle ready. After the test drive we sat down and discussed the particulars like financing and the extended warranties. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle the features for the model and was helpful answering any questions we had. We were very happy we had her as our associate and she got our information to finance department as fast as she could, which was a very long wait. While we waited she offered us drinks and snacks and got the vehicle ready. There was a minor paint issue I pointed out and she said she would have it addressed. She was very present and helpful. After the financing was completed she walked us to the vehicle, gave us a quick overview of some of the features and ensured us to cal back if there were any issues. Working with Min was a joy, she was friendly, knowledgeable and cared about what we wanted and not just trying to sell us any vehicle. Phenomenal Service! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I wanted a used car and since it was late on a Sunday, all the used vehicle sales reps were gone. However, Sid Ferzad stepped in and said he would take care of me. It wasn't all about the vehicle with Sid, he was extremely personable. He found the 2014 GX 460 I was looking for very quickly and pulled it around. Even though it was Sunday and they were getting ready to close, Sid said we should take the car on a test ride. I told Sid that I was also looking at the same vehicle from CarMax, which was a lower price with less miles. Sid walked me through the benefits of having a Lexus Certified Preowned vehicle. He also let me know the vehicle's history, such as it was a lease with a full service record because all service was done at Lexus. He also let me know that he knew personally that the previous owners took outstanding care of the car. I still needed to think about it. Sid asked if it would be alright to text and email me with some updates. Sid was outstanding, he was extremely responsive to all my questions and was even able to work with his manager to get the price of the vehicle down, close to the one I was considering at CarMax. With the price cut, the information about the car's background, the benefits of Lexus certified preowned, and especially Sid, I was sold. The next day I came back in and drove home with the vehicle. Everyone throughout the sales process was outstanding. Jessica Latzen worked the financing, which was smooth and easy. Even now, Sid still checks in to see how things are going. You would think since the sale is complete, his job is done, but not for Sid. I'm so very happy that I stopped by Lindsay Lexus that Sunday evening and very happy that Sid was there to help me out.
