Min is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. The lady in the finance office, Jessica was friendly, easygoing and made the process seamless. Matthias spent the time and had the patience to teach me how to use all the options the car came with. He also provided easily written materials. Both he and Min encouraged me to call with any questions that I may have later. The manager of the dealership Craig came over to personally greet us and thank us for coming down.
