I tried reaching you several times regarding your review. I would ask that it be removed, as it is not factual. I see you already adjusted once after you stated you were here, when in fact you never actually came to our store, and why does it make any sense for anyone in sales to hang up one someone? Reviews are meant to share an actual experience, and your review is not based on fact. I am more than happy to talk to you, but I left two messages with no luck. My direct cell phone is 571-435-0075 and my email is mengle@lindsayford.com And to be clear, I listened to the recording. She clearly stated "my goal is to beat every dealers best price by $500.00". That is clearly different than saying she could, and it was far from a guarantee. I am very very sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, but all I can do is work to improve the processes of the store. Thanks again and hope to hear from you.

Mr. Roberts- Thanks again for your business, and even more so for the positive feedback. I always find it is the unhappy people that write something, so when someone takes the time to write something positive you know they are of the highest character. WE sold over 4,000 cars and trucks last year, and the small percentage that we couldn't please no matter what seemed to be the only ones that wrote reviews. There were a small percentage of happy ones to, but I get it, most people that are happy just want to enjoy the vehicle. You negotiated in something you thought was a good deal, you got the deal you asked for, but then realized your lease turn in cost more than you originally planned on.
