AVOID this shop. These guys don't know what they're doing and they are terrible at communicating. Specifically John Kernan IV. They had my truck in their shop on two occasions and couldn't figure out why the engine was leaking oil even after having it for almost 5 weeks altogether. They kept telling me to bring it back after 1000 miles for more diagnostics. They were clearly just lazy because I took it to another mechanic and they immediately found gasoline inside the spark plugs and recommended spark plug and fuel induction service, among other engine maintenance that seems to have been overlooked by Ford service techs. Save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere. More

My wife took her car there a month ago and spent almost $4000 on work only to find that the Freon is not in her a/c and her car is having problems accelerating. Their service department is terrible. I trade off my Mustang GT with Mach-E on June 17,2024 and their system went down to payoff the Mustang GT and the financial company charged me a monthly Car Payment around $758.xx for the car I already sold their system went down to payoff the Mustang GT and the financial company charged me a monthly Car Payment around $758.xx for the car I already sold and the new Car I bought. They told me I will get a refund back and it's been 2 Months since June 17th. I haven't got my money refunded, I haven't received my title, No one has called me to give me my registration or Tag yet which they told me to wait. I am done with this place and Ford Cars in general the way they handle business makes me hate the Car as as well. If you don't like the teacher you are not going to like the subject so very poor and disorganized place. If I miss my payment for one day the financial company is blowing the phone and sending a warning mails everyday but they literally stole my money due to their system failure and doesn't even care to refund it and they laugh at you on the phone as well when you tey to explain the situation. Dealership will not pick up the phone. If they do you will be immediately placed on hold for an excessive period of time and then be asked to leave a message. You will not be called back. Avoid this dealer. Brought my car in to get a sensor inspected to pass an emissions test. Had to leave my car there for 2.5 days.
