Stupidest dealership I have ever been to!!!!! I did not buy a car from this dealership. I did make the huge mistake of going in and test driving a car. Unfortunately, we were scammed So Ford tacks $1500 onto the listing price for the "Ford Quality Assurance Guarantee." In and of itself, this non-optional quality assurance add-on is So Ford tacks $1500 onto the listing price for the "Ford Quality Assurance Guarantee." In and of itself, this non-optional quality assurance add-on is ridiculous, but it's way worse when the quality-assured car turns out to be of low quality. Below are the issues we've run into since purchasing this car in July: -All 4 brake pads needed to be replaced (the car failed VA State Inspection for this reason) -The car battery had to be replaced -One of the two sets of automatic keys they gave us don't work -The right blinker is faulty -Our mechanic says we'll need to replace all four rotors within the next 3 months Representatives from Ford have ignored my texts, failed to call back when they said they would, and continually demonstrated a failure to uphold the guarantee they forced my wife and I to pay an extra $1500 for. My advice? It's a scam. Don't do it. More

Amazing service!!! I never thought I would be able to get into a brand new car. But Mr. Courtney did just that for me with very little money down and credit that’s not t I never thought I would be able to get into a brand new car.
