Apparent hard sell strategy in play Darryl Dunn contacted me reasonably persistently to work with Lindsay Chevrolet, even though I told him they did not have the color of the model I am Darryl Dunn contacted me reasonably persistently to work with Lindsay Chevrolet, even though I told him they did not have the color of the model I am looking for. I already told them if they could get the car in a color I want I would be happy to deal with them otherwise not interested. Darryl contacts me and exclaims he did the research nothing close by. This is not true as even a cursory look on Chevrolet.com reveals there they are and where they are. So a few days before Labor Day, Darryl, and Angel Sanchez apparently the sales manager, at varied times alluded to a deal that would compel me to consider their car they had in a different color. Okay, that kind of effort is worth acknowledging, why not give them a chance to make their case? I asked what this fantastic deal would be -"I can't tell you that, the best price we have is on the internet, but if you come in and my manager sees you are here, we have additional incentives to offer." Ok fair enough. The dealership is not hard to get to but not easy either no worries. When I arrive Darryl is not certain who I am even though we spoke on the phone. He then proceeds to demand my driver's license and declares that I must drive the car. I'm not interested in driving the car, I am interested in knowing what your amazing deal is. "See you later" Clearly, Darryl was focused on Scott who apparently may have been more amenable to following their unnecessary protocol. No reason for DL if I am not driving the car, nor financing with them. They wanted it to run a credit check illicitly. So like many others, the experience is underwhelming. More

I was looking for a specially equipped Camaro and found it here... spent 4 days dealing with the salesman on calls, emails, and texts.... empty promise after empty promise but kept assuring me it was a done deal but he was just too busy to finalize it. I finally had to escalate things to management level but none of them even bothered to call back. Now that I've read the horrible reviews I get it. I found the car at another dealer and bought it. Unbelievable how a company like this stays in business. More
