Arrived at dealer and narrowed to two cars, chose the one I liked and began the dog and pony price show. Advised to both salespeople and assistant, I was paying cash, no financing. The vehicle listed as Certified Pre-owned. 1) $1250 upcharge for paying cash as they do not receive rebates from GMAC 2) $1595 "Blazer Package"- their upcharge for the inspection and extended warranty offered as a Certified vehicle. None of these charges disclosed on vehicle ad, dealer website, or Lindsay employee prior to closing deal. I have been in sales for over 25 years and this was the most deceptive, dishonest, and misleading process I have ever encountered. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone else. Other dealers I have visited since do not utilize these practices. Unprofessional and criminal. More

Dirty Dealership I looked on cargurus. It showed me the truck I wanted at Lindsay. Had lots of rebates on it. $6000 worth of rebates and incentives. I called them they I looked on cargurus. It showed me the truck I wanted at Lindsay. Had lots of rebates on it. $6000 worth of rebates and incentives. I called them they said yeah come see us. I took a sick day at work. Then drove 4 1/2 hours from Fairview West Virginia. Stayed over night in a hotel. Then spent 4 hours in the dealership only to learn then that I didn’t qualify for the $4900 rebate. Hamza Aziz did everything he could do to try and confuse me. He is dirty and no good. That is putting it lightly. More
Bait and Switch car pricing I can't begin to tell you how disappointed and angry in this day and age there are still car dealers that conduct their business in a bait and switch I can't begin to tell you how disappointed and angry in this day and age there are still car dealers that conduct their business in a bait and switch mode. I had conversations and exchanged emails with Jose where I was very clear of the car I wanted to purchase and discussed what incentives I may or may not be eligible for. I had the same converstion with Alfonzo. I was assured by both Jose and Alfonzo the car price showing on the website of $46,xxx was accurate and I was eligible for all discounts. Jose even mentioned to me that I might be eligible for other deals when I am in the showroom purchasing the car. My husband and I drove 3 and 1/2 hours to purchase the car only to find out that indeed there was $5k we were not eligible for and $2,xxx (for prep?) was left off the cost to show a better price. So the $46,xxx turned into about $54,xxx. All of this does not include the tax and tags, which I know I would be responsible for. Shawn (Sales Manager?) told my husband and I, that their sales personnel do not know the incentitives and it is only the finance personnel know them? I can't believe that is true. Who does business that way? They may not know or forget the exact dollar detail but they sure should know what incentives are available and who is eligible. He knew about the loan incentive to get a discount...hmmm? Then Shawn decided to tell me that I must not have read the discount breakdown on the website. Which I quickly said to him, now you are blaming me for something both Jose and Alfonzo misrepresented? So I did go back to the website to see if I could find the fine print of what makes up the on-line discounts and I can not find it. Hence that why I asked his sales team for the info. The only thing I found was the small print at the bottom that said taxes, tags and a $799 processing fee are not included in the cost. Shawn asked several times what it would take to close the deal and I told him $46,xxx both what Jose and Alfonzo quoted. He came back with $1k off the $54,xxx, we said no, then came back with another 1K (give or take). We left the showroom and proceeded to leave. He offered to give us his $1K employee incentive that he has available to him 3x a year (which was nice) again we said no. He tried one more time before we pulled away. Gabriel (another Sales Manager) called after we were 45 minutes down the road asking what it would take to purchase the vehicle. My response was, you need to stand by what your staff told us was the price of the vehicle - $46,xxx plus tax and tags. As I write this I keep wanting to say the hours that we drove back and forth from there and the traffic we indured (left our house at 6 a.m. arrived back home at 3:20 p.m. without a car) but that is really not the issue as much as it is a bait and switch issue. It is so funny that the second and ninth bullet of their Customer Bill of Rights is clearly not how they conduct business. Let alone their Core Values. 5. Customer Bill of Rights YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO: • — Courteous and professional treatment at all times. • — Honest information when you request it, without evasiveness. • — Prompt and efficient service with genuine concern for your time. • — Choose which products and services you purchase. • — Clear and thorough explanations of all financing and purchase details. • — Receive copies of all documents signed. • — Expect the value of products and services to be equal to or exceed the purchase price. • — Be invited to buy without feeling pressured. • — Expect us to keep our promises to you. • — Expect the same level of professional service before, during and after the sale. Don't purchase a car from them. If you do, read your bill of sale and make sure they don't add things in why you are not watching. Their pricing on the internet, what they tell you via email and telephone call can't be believed. More
