This was the easiest and smoothest car purchase I have ever made. Both James and the Finance man Keith were friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle he ever made. Both James and the Finance man Keith were friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle here or refer a friend. The only downside of the deal is the vehicle was not detailed very thoroughly. More

Initial greetings from Mr. Riggs was warm and professional. His personable personality allowed him to establish excellent rapport. His body language was positive and open. He was more than willing to assist me on my terms and never pushed. I told him what I was going to buy, and he got my vehicle and made the deal happen. He is knowledgeable of vehicles and was able to answer the questions I needed answered in an understandable manner. He never lost his composure and remained focused on the task of getting me my vehicle. Had he ever attempted to sale me anything, he would have lost me. GREAT JOB! Up to that point! After taking deliver of my vehicle, which had not been completed as far as the dealer installed options were concerned, that's when their true selves manifested. My car was paid for and contract signed, when they attempted to charge me additional to install options that had already been paid for. After a few days of frustration, unreturned/unanswered phone calls to my sales rep. Billy Riggs, I arranged to go to the dealership to discuss the situation. I insisted on speaking with the owner; however, was only able to get the general sales manager. After a brief discussion which included reading the corporate mission statement directly from the corporate website, the gsm agreed to complete my vehicle and apologized for the situation, saying that this was something new to them! From the time I paid for my vehicle, to the time I took delivery, to the time my vehicle actually was ready for me per all the options I paid for, was about four (4)weeks. During this four weeks, customer service became worse. They even used an off-site auto customizing shop to complete the installs on my vehicle. The sales rep added that they do much better work than their own body shop. I can honestly say that though I am pleased with how my vehicle came out, I am thoroughly displeased with the actions and professionalism of the dealership! I would not recommend this dealership nor any company they work with. Nor will I consider at any cost having my vehicle serviced by it! More

I have to say, service advisor Diana Harris was very courteous and was extremely helpful in pointing out what needed to be done to my car on this visit. The work was timely and was completed in the time she said it would be. The waiting room was very nice, and the job status screen in the waiting room was a good touch. I worked with James Rose. He was courteous, prompt and professional. All of our correspondence was over the Internet, originally from the Edmunds website and then over email. Since my wife and I could o professional. All of our correspondence was over the Internet, originally from the Edmunds website and then over email. Since my wife and I could only make the four plus hour drive over the weekend, he emailed us daily to let us know that the automobile was still available. He asked us for key information bout our state issued IDs and auto insurance beforhand which helped move thing along after we visited the dealership. The dealership itself is somewhat cramped and not very modern looking. However, the buyer shouldn't at all be fooled by the lack of an updated building. When we arrived, our paperwork was ready to be signed since we had already been asked for and provided key information. With the test drive, clean up of the car, filling it up with a courtesy tank full of gas, and of course taking care of the finances, the process took less than two hours, much as we were promised. In the interim, through my son, who was hungry, we were invited to help ourselves to sandwiches, pizza slices and other snacks. We found all of the staff to be professional, courteous and helpful; and attention to etiquette is certainly one of their strong suits. More importantly, what drove us to the dealership in the first place was its competitive price. While the sale took place only two days ago and the automobile has yet to prove its value, thus far this has been a very productive and pleasant experience. More

I checked their web site for the truck I was looking for. Found one and requested a test drive online. James E-mailed me back within 30 minutes and I called and set up a time to test drive the truck. James called me 15 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know he was ready. Truck was ready to test drive and James explained about the truck very well. I decided to buy the truck and James work with me on pricing and options. Working with James and Keith they found a better loan rate then the preapproved one from my bank. Both James and Keith answered all my questions and made the purchase very easy. This is the third used vehicle I have purchased from Lindsay and each time I have been treated very well and have gotten a great deal. I will use them in future purchases. After doing the paper work the truck was clean and ready to drive and James walked me through the OnStar setup before I left. More
