On a recent visit I met a "salesman of the month" that was too interested in getting me to take a test drive but didn't know the car I really wanted was even available as a convertible. I returned a week later and was really impressed with an honest, professional, and very knowledgeable salesman. I give Billy Riggs a 5 rating. He is a great person to talk to about buying a Camaro - maybe the best I've met. The Sales Manager I spoke with was reasonable. However, the vague offer the Sales Manager made on my 1st visit was somehow off the table two days later when I gave a specific offer for the car I wanted them to order from the factory for me. I was told the guy upstairs wouldn't order the Camaro I wanted because the risk I wouldn't be happy with the car and their CSI rating would suffer. If the General Manager actually said that, I guess there's a problem with their CSI and I probably shouldn't expect good customer satisfaction. I purchased five GM vehicles in the past 10 years. My last purchase from Lindsay in 2005 was an excellent experience. However in the last 3 years, the Lindsay dealership in Woodbridge has declined in both sales and service. BTW, the offer I made to Lindsay was met within $300 on a $47K car by a dealer in Maryland. It’s unfortunate for Lindsay the deck lid on my new 45th Anniversary Camaro will not display the Lindsay logo. More
