I deeply apologize for the experience you had. With the Camaro purchase, we informed you there may be an additional charge for the purchase of the spoiler at time of sale. When we were installing the unit the screw holes did not line up with the special order spoiler. We stood by our word and paid for a new deck lid for the customer also paid the difference for the installation. When we attempted to call the customer for follow up, we were not able to reach customer.

Your commitment to the customer's experience should be the mission of all employees. As a former sales consultant, my professional experience is to honor the customer and do what I can to give my customers a completely satisfactory experience. When issues arose, I advocated for my customers based on my company's policies so my customers did have a negative experience. I never spoke down on my company. And my company handled all parts of our customers' experience. As far as what I shared...If you missed something, speak with your sales rep and/or your general sales manager Coselyn Ceballos. I shared every step of my experience. I even shared with Lindsay's corporate website. My decision to have no further dealings with Lindsay is final!
