Keith in finance was exceptional on all points...funny, informative and very clear navigating us thru the finance process. Alfonso was great, very personable, worked to get us the best deal. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed us all the features of the car inside and out from front to back. Jewel was wonderful. She had all the paperwork ready for us and we didn't spend too much time since she was so prepared. We were very pleased with the service and the friendly, personaable people! Even the manager spoke to us and was very nice. More
This dealership made the usually stressful experience of car buying a breeze. Not only were they more than accommodating in getting me exactly what I wanted, but the prices that they offered me for both my car buying a breeze. What I don't understand is how I can buy a so called certified vehicle and there be something wrong with it that was so obviuos. That really isn't my major qualm, the fact that I was offered an extended certified vehicle and there be something wrong with it that was so obviuos. That really isn't my major qualm, the fact that I was offered an extended warranty at least four times when I met with the finance guy. Honestly, I signed all the paperwork in probably 5 mins, but had to hear 20 minutes of this person trying to pressure me into buying this warranty. I mean is the product that baf that I need the extended warranty? I have went to other dealers and was offered warranty once and that was the end of it. More
I just bought an auto at Lindsey. I had done my homework and knew what the car was worth, and what my options were at the competition. We agreed on a price, plus tags and license. However, it was not unti and knew what the car was worth, and what my options were at the competition. We agreed on a price, plus tags and license. However, it was not until I was literally to sign on the bottom line when a $400 "processing fee" magically appeared. This is pure profit for the dealer. I have no issue with Lindsey or any dealer making what they can on a car. What I find unethical is to reach a verbal agreement and they then attempt to change the deal by slipping in this fee "that everyone pays." I don't care how many Lindsey customers pay this, or even how many dealers attempt this. It makes it no less a dispicable business practice. I suggest buyers be forwarned and ask about any fees in advance of agreeing on a price. Had they done business differently, I would likely have been a steady customer for my car service there. As it is, I will never step into that dealership again. (I had no issue with the salesperson, but with the dealership's policy). More
I had major credit issues but this dealership showed me alot of respect & were honest on what was needed to close the deal. They got me another chance to redeem myself to drive a great certified quality G alot of respect & were honest on what was needed to close the deal. They got me another chance to redeem myself to drive a great certified quality GM used vehicle that had all the paperwork to back it up in detail!! This experience at this dealership will be something I will never forget & will greatly appreciate!! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership & don't feel like you can't get a car because of you past; they proved to me that anything is possible but within your capabilities. I am so satisfied!!!!! Purchased a used GM Certified car, which we like even though there are some issues with the quality control of a ertified vehicle. Windshield washers don't work, bad tire (which they replaced the next da though there are some issues with the quality control of a ertified vehicle. Windshield washers don't work, bad tire (which they replaced the next day), only 1 key with the statement "we can make you a second key for $65". Charges an insane $399 "document fee" which is typically $149 to $199 at other dealers. Lindsay said "everyone now charges $399" which may or may not be true, but $400 just to process the paperwork required by law to sell the car? come on... We like the actual car, too bad I can't say the same "pressure to sell extras at closing" and the $400 processing fee. More
