Got down to the pricing of the truck and had a bit of a problem with getting to the price that showed on their website and the sales manaager at the time Nathan Hathaway said they would not honor the price. So a few days later Carney the direct assistant to the Lindsay family and Coslyn the General Sales Manager got ahold of us to make things right and to honor the prices that they had listed on their website. a few days later we were back in the dealership to purchase our new trucks and now are the proud new owners of two trucks and couldnt' be happier. They ignore you after you walk out. Found a vehicle online. Drove up there and test drove vehicle. Loved it and proceeded to purchase and bring home. It had been a rental vehicle and even though it was a new model, they only had one key. Told us to go to local dealership to get additional key and they would reimburse us. Now that we have the key, we can't get in touch with anyone at the dealership. The e-mails bounce back, no response through their web site and can't get hold of anyone by phone. They sure won't be getting any more business from us. More

When I visited the dealership, it was a totally different price so I walked out. Lindsay called me at work promising to sell me the vehicle for the advertised price. Again, I visited the dealership preapproved by my credit union for the price indicated over the phone only to learn I was tricked by a sales staff comprised of liars. Ended up purchasing a 2016 Silverado from Radley Chevrolet in Fredericksburg based on good old fashioned honesty and no tricks! More
