MARK is a very particular person wanting everything 'exactly right' and to please him is extremely rare. I now can say I TOTALLY AGREE with Mark's satisfaction with Mike and the dealership. We did not call Mike until 5PM on Monday the 28th and he was nearly home for his day was completed. Mike told Mark he was turning around and would meet us around 7PM back at the dealership. Mike located the color Traverse I wanted, but it did not have a bench seat for the second seat. Mike searched his records.........found me the PERFECT CAR and had the paperwork done and sold by 11 PM! The unit was made ready,had the special treatment for the inside and outside protection applied at 7 AM so that when I came in the next morning my car was ready to go. Service/Service/Service from beginning to end, with Mike orchestrating it superbly! I'd travel the 500 miles back again to buy from Mike at Lindsay Chevrolet. More

He was very laid back, unlike other salesmen I have dealt with. He answered all the questions I had and explained everything in detail. I enjoyed sitting there and talking with him while the paperwork was being processed. To answer the question below about being left alone for more than 5 minutes. I like being left alone. If I am ready to buy a car or have question I will find someone and ask. Other than that, I hate it when a sales person or persons are all over you as soon as you step out the door of your car. I lied Garland because he was not like that. More

The experience, due to the salesman that helped me, was the best car buying experience ever! Mark Ross made the experience what it was. Mark made sure he knew what I was looking for, my price range, and explained the entire buying process to me before hand so I know ahead of time what to experience. He then started showing me cars that were in my price range. No trying to get me into something more expensive. He answered any and all of my questions, laughed at my dumb jokes, and was highly knowledgeable of the cars he was showing me. I finally settle on a car and am extremely happy with the one I bought. The entire experience from walking into the showroom and meeting Mark to when I drove off the lot was top notch. The showroom was clean, sales personnel were available for those that did not have an appointment like I did, not more to say. If you are in the market for a car, do not hesitate to check out Lindsay Chevrolet and make sure you ask for Mark Ross! Buyer Beware ******BUYER BEWARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED F RATING **************** Initially the problems with Lindsey's service department started when I had my first ******BUYER BEWARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED F RATING **************** Initially the problems with Lindsey's service department started when I had my first oil change. When I left from having my car serviced about 10 miles down the road my car begin to pour billows of smoke from under the hood, when I opened it there was oil squirting everywhere. I took the car back to Lindsey's service dept. and they hesitated to fix the issue until I broke down crying because they acted as if they didn't just service my vehicle. The second issue begin in February when I took the car to have the PVC/Manifold replaced, again I drove off and 5 minuets down the road the car cut off and would not crank for about 20 minutes. Once it started I, over course, took the car back to Lindsey's they took it behind the bay and brought it out to me about an hour later. 7 months later, I bring the car back to Lindsey because it is having the same problem it was having when I took it in back in Feb. When they diagnosed the problem this time it was the same thing the PVC/Manifold had to be replaced, in addition the heater outlet hose and the engine bleed air hose were defected. Both these hoses are connected to the engine and were directly affected by the rough idling of the engine. Lindsey wanted to charge me 253 dollars to replace the hoses and another 169 to bleed the coolant system. I wonder if the PVC issues were taken care of properly in the beginning there wouldn't' be an issue with the hoses. So why do I have to pay for these repairs. Why are they charging so much when one hose from their parts department is 24.50 and the other is 16.61. I know it can't be labor when it should take no more than an hour to repair as the hoses are directly in plain sight. Is it because I'm a women and they see this as an opportunity to take advantage of me? No wonder they aren't accredited by the BBB and have an F rating!!! Update I'm totally pissed! I picked up my vehicle after declining the repairs Lindsey proposed. My car was presenting worse symptoms when I took it in. It begin smoking terribly so I stopped looked under the hood and learned that those incompetent mechanics ripped the hose from my overflow tank and I believe it was done on purpose! The hose was in place and not nearly falling apart it was simply showing signs of leaking around the connection. I'm seeking advice from a lawyer first thing Monday morning, it is time they stop taking advantage of people. More

I was paired with honest and trustworthy gentleman Mr. Gabriel Smith walked up to me a greeted me with hello and how my day going and what can he do to service me that day. he was patient enough to listen to my needs and wants and especially what I didn't want. He took on the challenge to assist me in looking for the items I looked for in truck for my needs. Gabe didn't let the obstacles stop him from obtaining the vehicle I was looking for. He keep me in the loop each and every time a road block popped up in his way of achieving an excellence from me. he presented me with some closely look a likes. he looked me in my eyes and told me he wasn't going to give up finding the truck I wanted. Once we finally found the truck with the options I needed I test drove the truck and Gabe watched my smile get bigger especially after I've been so close before by three other dealerships in the area. I've been giving many excuses like maybe you should custom order the truck you're looking for. being that it this late in the season. Gabe assured me that if there is a truck out there with the options you're looking that he would find it and get it here to his dealership for me. I didn't doubt him not one minute in his approach to finding me a truck I could live with for years. from the moment until Gabe drove the truck up my driveway to personally deliver it to me and seeing a color of my choice bow ribbon place on the hood of the truck I was amazed that Gabe followed through on every word he initially told me from our first meet. Great job Lindsay , and more on a personal note great effort Gabe aka Mr. Gabriel Smith on sticking to your words and achieving what other dealerships in the area failed short on. He provided outstanding assistance and knowledge of the interior/exterior features of the car and their operation as it relates to safety, comfort and entertainment. He also was a most pleasant negotiator in helping to arrive at what I believe was a fair and acceptable price to both me and Lindsay Chevrolet. More
