The new car I bought had issues with 18 miles on it, I literally drove 2 miles off the lot and had lights going off and still do the next day. They have no feelings for their customers and what happens if they break down. I have nothing good to say about him or both managers at this location. They are shady dealers. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER BUT I COULDNT POST THIS UNTIL I SAID YES TO THE APP!! More

My Passat suffered a major technical problem on the way to the airport at 4:30 a.m. to catch a flight to take care of my 96 year-old mother. Leaving the car at the airport parking lot I contacted Jason the next and arranged to have to towed to Lia. When I returned the car was fixed and ready to go. Huge thanks to Jason and the team for handling this so well at a very challenging time for me. More

We went to the dealership for an oil and filter change and air filter change on a 2016 VW Touareg. A week later we went on a long road trip. After 10 hours of driving the car felt unusual. When we checke and air filter change on a 2016 VW Touareg. A week later we went on a long road trip. After 10 hours of driving the car felt unusual. When we checked the oil level it was less than half of what should be in there. This car does not leak oil and the mileage is very low. It appears that Leah drained the oil but did not put enough oil back in the car. I tested my theory when we returned home we got another oil change. And over the course of four months of driving the oil level is still where it should be. We will not trust Lia Volkswagen to service our cars ever again!!! More

Helpful at first. I paid $160 for a diagnostic and they couldn't find the problem. Looking at the reviews they are clearly fake with all 5 star ratings. Where there is a hint of dishonesty it's usually muc couldn't find the problem. Looking at the reviews they are clearly fake with all 5 star ratings. Where there is a hint of dishonesty it's usually much worse. In my experience dealers are the worst and this one doesn't seem to be any different. More
