Lia Volkswagen

I have dealt with Lia while in my search for a used Volkswagen. I found the car I liked, everything was just how I wanted it. We get down to the figures and the Sales Manager offers me $4000 less on my Volkswagen. I found the car I liked, everything was just how I wanted it. We get down to the figures and the Sales Manager offers me $4000 less on my trade then my last dealership and the NADA trade-in guide. We ask is there is any way he can compete with the other dealers trade or atleast honor what I should have recieved per NADA. He said "Hold on let me go double check NADA...", walks straight past his office to go outside and makes a phone call, comes back in and says there is nothing he could do, and very rudely said "Well, go buy the other car". Please keep in mind both cars I was trading on were around the same price, but I like the car at Lia much better. Their showroom and vehicles are top notch, but the quality people in the building are horrible, and horrible to deal with. More
