Best Car Buying Experience Ever I had the pleasure of purchasing my new Lexus ES 350 from Thousand Oaks Lexus. We worked with Paul Vallis through internet sales while on a family va I had the pleasure of purchasing my new Lexus ES 350 from Thousand Oaks Lexus. We worked with Paul Vallis through internet sales while on a family vacation; he offered sound guidance on the best model to suit my needs and provided us with very fair price quote via e-mail; totally hassle-free. No other dealerships in the area could match their price. When we stopped in to test drive, Paul took the time to go over all the features of the car and also introduce us to Patrick Wei, who would be the person we would be dealing with when we picked up the car on our return trip home from vacation., as Paul was schedule to be out that day. Mel Otte in financing was also great to work with; we appreciated his travel trips for our vacation as well as getting us out the door before So Cal traffic hit. When we came back to pick up the car, Patrick came in early to greet us with a nicely-detailed vehicle which I am currently enjoying immensely.
