Extremely poor service in both the Sales dept with Omid Navid. Delayed with pick up & delivery of car due to poor communication skills. Car had 2 of the tires installed improperly. Car was not detailed - spots on seat, spots on dash, engine & battery dirty. Had to take car back for service & no loaner was provided. Service dept was busy making personal calls & did not honor my appointment. Car was completely out of adjustment when returned & floor mats were missing. Found them in trunk.
