Omid is an exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy sales person. We were so impressed that we decided go to the dealership to meet him. He was really wonderful -- took us through all of the options, the numbers, showed us the pros and cons of different choices and took the time to help us make an informed decision (and I'm a lawyer so I ask tough questions). Once we decided on a new car he did everything he could to teach us about it etc. He is by far the best auto sales person I have ever dealt with and will recommend him to others (and already have). I recently came into the dealership looking to get more information about the ES I had seen in those recent Lexus commercials. I'm glad to say this was not the case, thanks to the exemplary job from your salesman Steven. Steven took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with as much information about the car. He took his time and was thoroughly knowledgeable. He asked my questions about what I was looking for and made recommendations and discussed features that I would never have thought to think about because he knew that it was something that would benefit me. At no point did I feel pressured. Steven made the experience pleasant and really took the time and effort to make me feel like I was being taken care of. I still have considerations to mull over before I make my decision, but I will come back and look for Steven when I am ready to make my purchase! You've got a great associate and I will make sure to let anyone I know that is interested in a Lexus visit your dealership and speak to Steven directly when they are ready to purchase so that they can experience the same great customer service that he provided me.
