I have never worked with someone so helpful and patient in buying a car before. He was beyond helpful, listened to my needs and concerns, and didn't give up on me. I say this because I am very picky. I had 2 cars before that were both lemons and had horrible customer service with my second car that was a lemon so I was very hesitant in buying a car. It took me months to finally decide on the car I wanted and he was understanding through it out. He really worked to help me get what I wanted and in the right price range. Philippe is the man and I will definitely be giving his name out to my other friends who are in the search of a car. Your facility was also amazing. They helped me right away (I noticed after I got home that my side mirror had damage) and had me bring the car in so they could fix it. They took my car right away, gave me a loaner, and fixed it as well as other scratches that were on it. I know that when you buy a pre-owned it won't be perfect, but Philippe as well as the service department went above and beyond to making it look new.
