On Saturday December 15, 2012, I leased my third Lexus from Lexus of Thousand Oaks, two of which I leased with Omid Navid. Mr. Navid is highly professional and knows his Lexus products thoroughly. We just bought a 2010 Lexus 250i SC with the hardtop convertible. We could not get the top to go down and since we had never owned a Lexus. Then she patiently explained all the controls and answered all of our question. She also demonstrated every feature (and wow are there a lot of them). All in all she took as much time as we needed (unbelievable customer service) and made sure we practiced what she taught. We walked away with a new appreciation of the Lexus and will buy one from her when the time comes to replace our SUV. All in all, Lora did a great job and it was overall a very positive experience.
