We had at many occasions the opportunity to ask her questions or "can you show us once again", or "let's run by it one more time" I remember Julie saying "It's okay that you ask me over and over most important, I want you both to feel comfortable with the technology your new vehicle has to offer". She would make sure when to stop the learning process as she could see we could only absorb so much technical knowledge. Not only was she patient, but very easy going, funny and most important, she made us feel like family. We would certainly have our family members ask for her assistance as my family continues to purchase vehicles from Lexus of Thousand Oaks. Learning the Techie Side of My ES350 Shopping for my third Lexus, Nick Falsafi presented several choices to me, and I finally settled on a Starfire Pearl ES 350. Admittedly, the cool look Shopping for my third Lexus, Nick Falsafi presented several choices to me, and I finally settled on a Starfire Pearl ES 350. Admittedly, the cool looking wheel covers probably swayed me. I considered a Hybrid, but I opted for the gasoline version after seeing how much the batteries reduced my trunk space. On long trips, I’ve been able to nurse over 30MPG from it. New cars today are filled with potentially intimidating technology. Julie Kobayashi displayed both her technological expertise and patient teaching skills, when she and I sat in the front seat and she walked me through my new car’s features. We discussed the radio, GPS, telephone, and steering wheel controls. When she helped me set up the SiriusXM radio, she tuned into Channel 16, The Blend. “A funny name,” I thought. “Why would someone listen to that station?” Today, it’s the primary channel I listen to. Julie and I laughed and joked and she did a great job acquainting me with the technology, but some of it can be heavy stuff! So please don’t tell her that I’ve gone back and read through the manuals provided to reinforce what I learned! In conclusion, Nick and I together chose a fine car, and Julie showed me how to effectively use it. I commend both. More

Absolutely amazing ! I had been wanting a Lexus IS 300 for quite awhile & everywhere I went instead of focusing on the car and what I wanted in the car, it was always “let I had been wanting a Lexus IS 300 for quite awhile & everywhere I went instead of focusing on the car and what I wanted in the car, it was always “let’s talk money”. When I stepped foot in the Lexus of Thousand Oaks that changed everything!! I got a very nice greeting from Doug & made it very clear I was not planning on purchasing a car that day. Not only was he friendly he went over everything with me without pushing me to sit and talk prices. The next day I decided I want that car so I drove back down & once again I pulled the “I’m not getting a car today”. Doug was not there but I did get Nick who I am so glad I got to meet. He took me to every car of the model I wanted, sat patiently with me, test drove them & answered every question honestly. He treated me like family, constantly giving me water/food if necessary, got me the best deal he could & most important sat down with me to make sure I Knew everything that would keep me safe in my car. I also had the pleasure of working with Julie. She is so sweet & EXTREMELY helpful! Julie is so patient, explains everything in such great detail & constantly is smiling! If you want a new car I highly recommended going down to Thousand Oaks Lexus! Make sure to ask for Nick & Julie ! More
