I purchased an L-Certified vehicle this time around and am so impressed with that entire program. Great inspections and warranty, and my 2019 looks and runs like it's brand spankin' new! When I picked up the car Mackenzie Huffine gave me the rundown of what my car can do. There are so many bells and whistles that my 19 year old Mercedes didn't have, that I must admit I was a bit overwhelmed by it all, but Mackenzie was so patient in helping me through it all (with an offer of follow-up as needed) that I felt good getting on the road. She Loves dogs and we got a new puppy just recently and when we saw her she had toys and treats for him that definitely goes above and beyond the average tech person.
