Absolutely amazing ! I had been wanting a Lexus IS 300 for quite awhile & everywhere I went instead of focusing on the car and what I wanted in the car, it was always “let I had been wanting a Lexus IS 300 for quite awhile & everywhere I went instead of focusing on the car and what I wanted in the car, it was always “let’s talk money”. When I stepped foot in the Lexus of Thousand Oaks that changed everything!! I got a very nice greeting from Doug & made it very clear I was not planning on purchasing a car that day. Not only was he friendly he went over everything with me without pushing me to sit and talk prices. The next day I decided I want that car so I drove back down & once again I pulled the “I’m not getting a car today”. Doug was not there but I did get Nick who I am so glad I got to meet. He took me to every car of the model I wanted, sat patiently with me, test drove them & answered every question honestly. He treated me like family, constantly giving me water/food if necessary, got me the best deal he could & most important sat down with me to make sure I Knew everything that would keep me safe in my car.
