I test drove the car (20 min) then exchanged cell numbers with James and left the dealership. Hammered the lease details via text over the next few days (while I was out of town). Once we reached an agreement (very good deal!), I filled out the app online and sent license and insurance copies via email. He had all the paperwork ready to go when we walked in the door. We were in and out in 10 minutes! Woo Hoo! I hate sitting around the dealership while they process paperwork (although it is a nice place to be... wifi, snacks, coffee, etc.). It shouldn't take longer to buy a car than it does to buy a house. This is the way to get a car in 2019! Thanks James! More
