Very bad service. My experience with this leadership has been terrible. Service was average while I was leasing a car but as soon as I was about to return the car, the service provided became terrible. No p been terrible. Service was average while I was leasing a car but as soon as I was about to return the car, the service provided became terrible. No phone calls returned and the worse was at the end of lease!! I returned the car few days in advance of the lease end. Once at the dealership I informed them that I could not remove the racks from the car and asked fir their help. I was told they would call me once the racks had been removed but no one called me back and no one returned my calls either. Several days later I found out that the car had been sold with my racks on it!!! Without my authorization!!! No one took responsibility. I have been calling for weeks with no response until today when the “manager” told me that there was Nothing they would do about. What a BAD customer service!!! They stole my racks!!! More
