I purchased my car in 2010. Until this year, the service has been incredible. I'v recommended this dealership to my friends because of the incredible service. When there was just a small issue that I thought need attention, they did it, often without a charge. I trusted that I would not be charged for things that my car did not need. Always courteous. Fast forward to 2022. I brought it in for routine maintenance and fluid check. They tried to upsell me on somethings that had already been done six months prior. My bill came to over $600.00 without being told that the charge would be this much. I always knew before then just what was to be done and the cost. I would be called prior to work needed. Not this time. I can't figure out what they did.....to cost $600.00. They left the air filter on the front seat, they did not replace the batteries for the fob, etc. Today they wanted to charge me 200 to do something that would have been the third choice. Bah, go elsewhere More

The Dealership will still be incompetent, but at least the reason for it will make their customers smile. Bought a certified 2016 LS from the prior dealership owner. They were amazing. On top of everything. Handled problems fairly and quickly. Took immediate responsibility for any mistakes. When Anderson took over, everything went south. They did my 60,000 mile service around 56,000, as requested. Roughly 6 months later, my #2 cylinder started misfiring. I had to leave three messages, over a week and a half, before anyone called me back. You see, at Anderson Lexus, you don't call your service rep. You leave a message and they call you back - if and when they get around to it. My messages, left with the receptionist, grew increasingly stern. By the time a rep finally returned my calls (at this point, my car had been inoperable for 10 days), I was fuming. She spent 2 minutes telling me that my certified warranty had expired 2 months ago. No empathy. No allegiance. No offer to fix something they likely broke when they did the 60,000 mile service. Just, 'too little, too late, too bad.' Can't wait to read Anderson's apology here. "We're sorry for the inconvenience. We expect more from ourselves and see this as a learning experience. Call us. Try again. We promise, next time, we'll have vastly improved how we blow you off..." Lora kept in touch with us in the weeks leading up to its arrival, and she made the purchase process very smooth. Both Lora and Mackenzie have been in contact with us to answer questions we may have and arrange training sessions with us regarding this vehicle’s advanced technology. This is our 3rd Lexus, but they run so well for so long that we only just sold our 20-year old Lexus. We’ve never had a back-up camera before, and this NX has 360-view cameras, a digital rear-view mirror, remote start-up, and more. So we are grateful for the continued contact and training this dealership offers! At other dealerships, this hard-to-get vehicle was offered at prices above the sticker price, but not at Lexus of Thousand Oaks! We’ve enjoyed the service provided for all our other Lexus cars at this dealership, and we’ll continue to bring our new NX here for checkups and maintenance. Holly is an outstanding service advisor: thorough, informative, competent, friendly, and trust-worthy. All accomplishments are conducted within the framework of relationships. Greg Weiss with Lexus of Thousand Oaks was the first to respond to my initial contact among all of the dealerships that I had contacted and then again when I requested their best out the door price for the car that I was seeking to buy. Greg and his team won me over by persistently following up with me in a low key manner and then actively listening to me what I needed and wanted and finally delivering the car as specified at the price that I expected. I recommend and would use Greg Weiss again in dealing with a Lexus purchase or lease. More
After years of saving & researching I finally purchased my first brand new 2021 Lexus RX 350. I am beyond thrilled and Greg Weiss at Lexus T.O. helped make my dream come true. We first communicated through email and then my husband and I came into the dealership to finalize paperwork. There was a problem with the current RX 350 I was interested in and in the end we could not purchase it. Greg and his team went out of their way to find the exact same color and features that I wanted in the RX 350 at another dealership. Greg went to get my new Lexus and a (a couple days later) I was able to go back to the dealership and drive away in it. I tried to put my 'tough' persona on of dealing with sales staff but honestly, this was one of the most pleasant experiences in purchasing a vehicle and we only spent a few minutes with Gabe our finance manager. I was ready to be tough, not put up with this or that but I never had the opportunity because it never came up! If you are thinking of buying a Lexus please be sure to reach out to Greg Weiss as he has proven to be considerate, experienced, and will make things go right if need be. Offering to pay full price for a vehicle and leaving without a car is mine blowing to me. They're only looking for people who are uneducated when it comes to purchasing vehicles so they can take advantage of them. Lora has sold cars her entire life and can't manage to have a customer leave happy. But maybe it's that she's working under Junious the sales manager. These are difficult times. Don't make them any more difficult but shopping for your next car with them. More
On Friday I visited Lexus of Thousand Oaks and was assisted by Jonny Goldfinger. We had texted back and forth the day before and he had taken the time to answer all my questions and it was a pleasure assisted by Jonny Goldfinger. He was such a delight to work with and had the patience of a saint as he walked me through all the details!
