After some discussion about the various options on the lot, I arranged to test drive and ultimately purchased the car. The listed price was very fair, and I was happy with the price given for my trade in. Nick was extremely helpful throughout the process and was clearly very knowledgeable about the car. Carolyn Kay in finance did an amazing job as well. She was very thorough and worked quickly through that process painlessly, which is historically the part of car buying I dread the most. I purchased an L-Certified vehicle this time around and am so impressed with that entire program. Great inspections and warranty, and my 2019 looks and runs like it's brand spankin' new! When I picked up the car Mackenzie Huffine gave me the rundown of what my car can do. There are so many bells and whistles that my 19 year old Mercedes didn't have, that I must admit I was a bit overwhelmed by it all, but Mackenzie was so patient in helping me through it all (with an offer of follow-up as needed) that I felt good getting on the road. We have always commented on how knowledgeable and sweet and kind she is when sometimes it's difficult to comprehend the equipment. If you call she always calls back or answers if she is there.. She Loves dogs and we got a new puppy just recently and when we saw her she had toys and treats for him that definitely goes above and beyond the average tech person. How to surprise you wife My wife and I were discussing a new car for the last year as our 2017 RX400h had 119,500 miles on it and we had only replaced a water pump in 13 years My wife and I were discussing a new car for the last year as our 2017 RX400h had 119,500 miles on it and we had only replaced a water pump in 13 years. We were looking at other brands and finally decided that we wanted another RX,. Questions were what color what options etc. So shopping other dealers and working with Charles (Superman) Shapiro, I finally decided that he was the best salesman of all with the best attitude. During our conversations, I told him I didn't like the new front grill and he stated "That's because your old and the millennial's love it", I then realized he would be honest with me and I took a liking to him. After asking my wife little questions for months, I finally figured out what color and options to get, final decision on the car was an RX450h, with the luxury package. Long story short, Charles did not have the car but found one at another dealer and had it brought in. . On delivery day, Charles helped me set up the surprise for her with the car and we also had friends there to add to the surprise. We had lunch plans and Charles put the rush on to deliver the car, so our family & friends would not have to wait a long time. We have nothing but admiration for Charles (Superman) Shapiro for all he did. Thanks Charles, I look forward to working with you in another 13 years, since the RX is such a long lasting and trouble free car, we probably with keep this one a long time also. More
