Took my car in for its first service and the mechanic did not do what he was supposed to do. Took a screenshot from my Lexus app of my and my tire pressure level. went to pick up the car had the same miles o not do what he was supposed to do. Took a screenshot from my Lexus app of my and my tire pressure level. went to pick up the car had the same miles on it from when I left it they were supposed to test drive the car they did not and they did not check my tire pressure. They were at 29 and 30 and they were supposed to be 33 to 35 had to take the car back so they could fill up my tires. Been a customer there for over 20 years. The new owners are doing a terrible job. No one seems happy there. Don't feel very confident that the mechanic did the other stuff he was supposed to do. I've always loved Lexus, but this is very disappointing and I don't know if I can trust to take my car back there again. I left a message for the service manager to call me to discuss this problem, but then I found out that they don't have a service manager as of right now, but the shop foreman would give me a call because was off. I have not heard from anyone from Lexus. also, Darrell was supposed to call me back to give me a price on his scraped wheel. Haven't heard from him either. More
I have been a customer with this dealership and up until this time I have experience good to excellent service. This was my second new car I purchased from them. This time it was a comedy of mishandling. this time I have experience good to excellent service. This was my second new car I purchased from them. This time it was a comedy of mishandling. Drop off was ok, but it was obvious things were different. It seemed no one was attempting to receive and greet me, eventhough I made an appointment 2 days prior. Finally a young lady, obviously new, took my car, and gave me a loaner. Oil change and a software update from a recall. Told it should be ready by 5:00, or possibly in morning, and I would be texted. Nothing! Finally the next day about noon, I tried to call. I kept getting transferred, only voice messages, even a dropped call. Nothing. Finally got a text that it was ready. Went to pick it up, and I saw nothing on the paperwork about the software update. I now had a good service rep,Roby, He agreed that they forgot it. Left again. Next day a got a text that it was again ready. 2+ days for an oil change, and most probably a 30 min software update. The dealership has changed ownership recently, and it appears they are trying to cut corners with staffing etc.even not giving service reps business cards. This is Lexus! I expect top quality and service! I may go elsewhere for future service and purchases. More
