I was not happy with my agent nor the customer service I was told one thing and I received another it took a long time just to do an oil change and I found out they were trying to do more also when I left i was told one thing and I received another it took a long time just to do an oil change and I found out they were trying to do more also when I left it showed that my wiper fluid was low I went to buy a big bottle of the wiping fluid filled up the container in the car in the engine area and some reason it started leaking out that lets me know that somebody tampered with my water windshield washer container cuz now it's leaking out it won't hold and it was fine before I ride there so something happened something went wrong on your dealership property but I am not happy with the customer service that I received I am not More
Went to Lexus Las Vegas, Henderson and Oxnard for 20k service but were refused. Found out that Lexus Thousand Oaks did not register my Prepaid Luxury Agreement on their system. Thousand Oaks Service Advi service but were refused. Found out that Lexus Thousand Oaks did not register my Prepaid Luxury Agreement on their system. Thousand Oaks Service Advisor Daphne Gates assisted me to resolve this issue. She was very helpful and courteous. But this dealer did very poor job on Carwash. Lexus always offer a complimentary carwash but looks like they did not do because bugs and dirt still on the hood and front fender. I will not go back to this dealer anymore. More

My experience at Lexus of Thousand Oaks was great. Daphne helped me out and was on top of it. She made sure everything went smoothly and quickly and that I was taking care of while I waited.
