I made a service appt via cell because the lines were down on a Monday morning. I called numerous times and was put on hold. Finally a human voice answered. Appt was made and promptly the Lexus was serv down on a Monday morning. I called numerous times and was put on hold. Finally a human voice answered. Appt was made and promptly the Lexus was serviced however no TV were operable while I waited. When I arrived home the retractable side mirrors were not working as they had previously! I called and wanted to speak to the customer rep howerever was given to voice message. Lucky the service manager called me back and text me of what may have happened and my problem was solved! More
